 On my ASUS Z99Le/A8Le, the exact 168c:001c-1a3b:1026 card is used.

 I tried to use it with Ubuntu 8.04, kernel 2.6.24 and madwifi-
 nr-r3366+ar5007 .[[BR]]
 I made the WiFi work, but as stated before, the link was quite unstable,
 losing the carrier every few minutes.

 I have to stay with Ubuntu 7.10, kernel 2.6.22 and madwifi-ng-r2756+ar5007
 which gives me much more stable connectivity. [[BR]]
 May be something had broken in transition from r2576 to r3366.

 Waiting impatiently for this hardware to get support in the
 mainline.[[BR]]
 Or even better, now that we have L.Rodriguez working for Atheros ... who
 knows ? :>
