 hi,
i have compiled madwifi-0.9.4 driver for my powerpc board.am able to do
make and make install for my surrently runing on board kernel
linux-2.4.25. the wlan module am using is atheroes chip SR5.after i do
make and make install am able to load modules compiled by modprobe ath_pci
and am succesfully able to create the ath0 interface and i can see it.
but when i hit the command iwlist for scanning the access point i get the
result as shown below and even same for the iwconfig command, and am unable
to make a ping to the accesspoint i have that is DLINK AP

 bash-2.05b# iwlist ap
lo Interface doesn't have a list of Access Points

eth0 Interface doesn't have a list of Access Points

wifi0 Interface doesn't have a list of Access Points

Warning: Driver for device ath0 has been compiled with version 16
of Wireless Extension, while this program is using version 13.
 Some things may be broken...
