That's explained already.

Of course. The information given above is meant to be added to your hosts-
file, which under Linux can be found at /etc/hosts, and under Windows
usually under C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts. Just entering the IP
address in the browser won't work (and is not expected to).
