Was it working fine with madwifi-0.9.3??
Unless the station gets associated with an AP, it changes channels.
This is the reason why the AP disconnects.
ticket #804 discusses this problem as well.
Try setting bgscan on the sta vap or fix the channel of the station to
operate in a particular channel. I think the issue of both sta and AP co-
existence on the same radio, is still there and was never fixed.
