I agree with this. There should be a limit to what should be seen by any group -- the council included. Some details can be shared like maybe username, full name, join date, karma, etc. but not sensitive info like email addresses. Admins have the extra responsibility to make sure that personal information of members are protected. If possible, an automated script should be coded to send emails in bulk so the member's personal info is never shared. If not possible, the maximum number of people to get a list of emails addresses should only be *one* -- and that person should know / or have been explained how sacred the information he has access to.
