nope, that's an issue with the mail, I'm having same problem. And yes, I've forbidden HTML display on my mail client (like everybody concerned about security is supposed to do). Still it displays HTML formatting tags in the text/plain part here Generally sending HTML for mail is a poor idea, even multipart/alternative. But this particular mail is somehow messed up in a special way I don't see with other multipart/alternative.
