Some of you had trouble at the UK shop (some don't, >50% according to
our records). 

Hopefully this is a solution for the unfortunate:

It should work. Otherwise contact phone/mail support of the UK shop. At
this point we believe all the online shops are aware of the N800
developer program and should be able to provide support and answers.
They can solve problems with i.e. credit cards - we don't.
