Nokia is a company that encourages changing roles and then it has this tendency to reorganizations. Not that open source roles, involvement and even affiliations are more stable than that. This shows that whatever we do in the mid term needs to be maintainable by the own people, not be a centralized exercise. Nokia Person X will change his role, will get new business cards and will edit his email signature and his profile in maemo.org.
