Yeah, I think there's no such list.
We all know who's who but only about a bunch of people, but that's it.

I think I would appreciate the existence of such a list. One could gather
some
info from the bugzilla (by looking to whom the bugs are assigned), but
probably
the people themselves could introduce themselves.
