It is impossible to do the whole testing procedure automatically, which was my point initially. My apologies if I didn't stress that enough. I didn't mean to say they didn't used it *at all*. Though, to make you happy, here's 3: Oracle, Microsoft, CA. All of these employ QA engineers who are just monkeys who manually go through scripts to test GUI, or write the context information/description, or do the failure testing.
