Skype was scheduled for the N800 by Nokia. Google Talk -- well, it has no where near the number of users that Skype has, and besides, why Pepsi instead of Coca-Cola? All about choice.
in all fairness GoogleTalk is no where near as slick and as good as Skype, IMHO. I have tried it, and had to leave it. Not everything Google touches is great!
