When we had a look on it we discovered that it could be a full copyleft license provided there is no restriction. Which is not the case for Mandriva http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Open_Publication_License. This has been checked also with Neodoc who worked on it for years -- Anne http://www.mageia.org
