I have it installed on Mandriva 2010.2 but still it didn't show that warning :(

Unfortunately, you're right.
But it definitely used to report that error, and because of that
since back in the days i know those mistakes in-and-out. :)

For Summary: you should pay attention to the following things:
- 79 characters maximum
- not ending with a dot
- first character uppercased
- first character no a space
- should not include the programs name, so it looks nice in rpmdrake
