As said above, this is sorted out now. Thanks a lot for all comments and ideas but this is not going to end otherwise. As explained on the wiki page linked before, first come, first served; you may use this 2/3-ISO scheme as well if you like but it will not be enforced backwards (unless we see a massive registration for both usages - location and language + an agreement on this afterwise).
