checking for jpeg_set_defaults in -ljpeg... no configure: error: "cannot find libjpeg support" Here is the complete log : http://pastebin.com/p9XHbca9 libjpeg packages, including it's statis and devel packages are installed. So I do not know what to do. Also, I have tested two things : - Using another Mageia 1 operating system disk on the same computer and printer WORKS. So my mother's system seems to being the only one affected. - Connecting another printer to the computer (Photosmart 330) also prints a big black square, although it is properly handled and used by any other Mageia 1 system, including my laptops and desktop. So I do not think that the Mageia packages are the cause, except if a rare exception is making things buggy. I wonder if DBus or user groups could not be one part of the issue.
