-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA256 Hello,
I just finished my 3rd install of a Mageia system and I noticed that the permissions for the user folders (Ex: "/home/user1/") are '755'. I set my users up during the install process and I am using Mageia 1. Can I safely change the permissions to '700'? Is there a reason Mageia is setting the permissions to '755' by default? Thank you, Jeff -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v2.0.16 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mageia - http://enigmail.mozdev.org/ iF4EAREIAAYFAk7lZJoACgkQspwAgUSFJCzMAgD8CefGmW+BBlTXm0e2IqtLJ60x f97hZ36r6RHqam9RDp8A/iE9DTBzMoemQQhgAlvPueSRg2Q72MxRYua36lX/0uIf =vo9h -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
