From what I understood, Traditional Chinese is used in Taiwan, so it
could be zh-Hant-TW,
though if the users from Taiwan are used to the zh_TW subtag, the
latter would be more convenient.

Maybe there's some political issue about no zh_TW in the list?
Here in Taiwan, most of the time the code is zh_TW, I have never seen
zh-Hant-TW before...
