This is also possible. I could use imap with googlemail, but using any other mail client than the web interface means installing mail clients on all computers I am using (which is not possible at least in 2 cases) and then configuring them all. Not to mention several Linux installation on at least 2 of those computers. Not to mention hotel computers and internet cafés or my smartphone... For the web interface all I need is any browser. Well, I will have to live with that then. -- wobo
