Not that absurd when one understands that "You" is the addressee, i.e. [email protected], i.e. the whole Internationalisation translation team. Then what follows is just classic Bugzilla procedure: if it is a bug related to i18n, we can set the status to ASSIGNED, if not we should set it to the correct assignee or revert it to BugSquad (default). So the only change I would eventually make would be to change the first sentence to: “Hi, you _or your team_ are the assignee for the following bugs for Mageia and we would like to know whether they were assigned correctly.” Regards, Rémi
