Rémi, It was not my intention to offend you do please accept my apology if that is the case. I would, however, urge you to consider changing the "or put OK...". Without studying the message too deeply the casual reader (eg. me) might reasonable read the "or" as implying an earlier "either". This is a common idiom in spoken English and sadly can result in ambiguity.
As you noted, the message was addressed electronically to a team. I would also suggest you alter "you are the assignee..." to "your team is the assignee..." which would have made the rest of the message a lot easier for me to understand. Finally, I now understand the reason for this message being sent to a team and I have great sympathy and concern for the circumstances behind the call for help with Hebrew translation. I am not an active member of the team, merely a subscribed reader to the list.
