| Hi,
|
| I'm running imagemagick on centos and I've been making mpeg files from a
| bunch of jpegs using basically
| convert *.jpeg mymovie.mpeg
|
| which seems to work fine except that I'd like to introduce some sort of
| a delay between frames that could be understood by a movie player. Like,
| let's say if I wanted to have the movie play at only 3 frames / second
| or something like that.
|
Try -delay 1x3
Whcih means do 1 frame every 1/3rd of a second
The default for the second value is 100 so you could also just say
-delay 33
Do this BEFORE reading the JPEG or use
-set delay 1x3
After reading the JPEGs.
I do not know how well this works for mpeg movies.
Can you give IM Examples some feedback for the 'Video' Section
and/or the 'Common File Formats' section.
Thanks
