Hi Paul,
The answer as far as I know is that it cannot. Most image deblurring
(apart from simple sharpening) is done in the Fourier transform
domain (i.e. the frequency domain), where you can more easily remove
lens defocus and motion blur effects. And as far as I know, IM does
not have Fourier transforms.
