I am trying to convert various bitmap images from gif and jpg to thm.
The thm files is small thumbnail files uses to display e.g. a video thumbnail.
http://filext.com/file-extension/thm
I can easily convert from the thm images I have to gif or jpg, but the
other way around gives an error:
convert pixel-vfl73.gif pixel-vfl73.thm
convert: unable to open module file
`C:\Programmer\ImageMagick-6.3.0-Q16\modules\coders\IM_MOD_RL_THM_.dll':
No such file or directory.
Has anyone come across this format?
I seems that it also is used by some camera operators for thumbnail use.
The strange thing is, when I look at the files header, it doesn't look
like any graphic file I have seen before, however ImageMagick says it
is just af jpg:

But if it is just a JPG file, how come a conversion from thm to jpg
change the file size?
