It is posible, but will require an external script to pair up the
images, and run the command.
You want to '+append' the images.
convert JONES_First_Last1.jpg JONES_First_Last2.jpg
+append JONES_First_Last.jpg

information on the JPEG image format.

Unfortunatally you are running windows!!! Whcih is not known for its
scripting capabilities. You will need to find someone who can help you
work out the appropriate 'script' to run in some wrapping language.
either DOS, VB, PHP, etc...
