Actualy it is not that you need to re-install the delegate libraries,
but also ensure you install the 'development' packages of those librarys
with the libraries.
The development package includes the headers and API interface
documentation needed to compile against the libraries.
So for example If I want to allow IM to generate SVG vector images
from raster images (generate SVG images) I would need to install
not only the autotrace library package but the 'development' package
for autotrace, before re-building IM.
