Hi,
Running as admin, I am attempting to install
ImageMagick-6.4.9-10-Q16-windows-dll.exe on both a 32 bit Vista machine and a
64 bit Vista machine. On both machines, the install fails and shows the
following error:
Unable to execute file:
ppm
ShellExecuteEx failed; code 2
The system cannot find the file specified
I tried various options, both not installing and installing the perlmagick and
c header and include files. I still get the error message. I also tried
installing ImageMagick-6.4.9-10-Q16-windows-x64-static.exe on the Vista 64 bit
machine. It also did not work.
As a side note, when I checked my path variable it had not been updated to
include the imagemagick install directory.
I looked through the last 6 months of the mailing list and couldn't find anyone
a post about this problem.
Any help would be appreciated.
