Hi Phil, I spent a little time looking at both of these, and at eproject.el which is sort of in the same domain, but somehow it's not quite clicking for me how I'm supposed to use these to get what I'm after. I think I just want one place to manage my project's files, and that includes checking in/out, inspecting diffs, revision logs, etc. The fact that magit has a log function but I can only apply it to a file that's been modified or is in the index makes no sense to me.
