This seems to be a really old bug that is fixed anyway. Possibly
something that was brought over from eduforge and didn't update
correctly?

Bug description:
Editing a forum topic - buttons should be named 'Save' and 'Cancel' *not*
'Edit' and 'Cancel' (as you've already clicked on 'Edit topic' to enter edit
mode).
