New question #124112 on Mahara: https://answers.launchpad.net/mahara/+question/124112
If a student shares a view with a tutor, and the tutor returns to the view repeatedly - perhaps having it on a Watchlist, is the database structured in such a way that it would be possible to note if the tutor has seen a particular blog post before, or not? Perhaps such a record would be extremely data heavy, having to note what everyone has seen, or not seen. I'm thinking of a Google Reader sort of function, or the Notifications function. Once you look at something it's "unread" quality is lost. I think this would be costly on the database, keeping track of all the unread status - but perhaps if there's an easy way to do this - I expect it would be very helpful for tutors who are going to be reading many students submissions. -- You received this question notification because you are a member of Mahara Contributors, which is an answer contact for Mahara. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~mahara-contributors Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~mahara-contributors More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
