Title: blocks.php: The Configure dialog box does not center in IE8/9 Status in Mahara ePortfolio: New Bug description: While configure the Page configure in blocks.php, the configuration dialog does not appear in center of the page. Instead, it shows a horizontal bar and extended to the whole screen. This happen in version 1.6.1. It display correctly in Chrome and Firefox. Best Rgds, Rocky.
