Title: Drop-down navigation option be overridden at institutional level Status in Mahara ePortfolio: Fix Committed Bug description: At the moment in site options one can set if they want drop-down navigation for setting the main menu tabs as drop down it would be good if this functionality could be overridden at an institutional level so that Institution A has drop-down navigation but Institution B doesn't when using the same theme. Also could have the user then override the institution's option if $cfg->sitethemeprefs = true; allowing them to choose whether they want drop-down navigation or not.
