As comments can be added by the public and they can add images via tinymce it makes sense not to give them the 'attached image' option (like exists in blogpost edit). So to get same functionality working for comments tinymce insert image there would need to be radical changes: 1) have the adding of an image use the file chooser/ uploader 2) restrict the ability to choose image in tinymce restricted to logged in users 3) make sure the changes above don't break how leap2a imports/exports currently work with attachments on comments,

IMO this is a usability bug as users will expect it to be the same everywhere (I did!). Since feedback can include uploaded files, I'd favour use of the same image dialogue as the blog post in the feedback section to allow easier inclusion of inline images - perhaps there's a pedagogical reason for not doing so though?
