I know it isn't used as it was made in 1.0_Alpha and the filter that it is suppose to show is hard coded with option 'Test Community'. However, the lists do not necessarily appear beside each other for people using screen readers. The text should be changed to read "first" and "second" or similar, so it no longer relies on the visual position of the lists.
