"Use content from another text box" stops working if pagination is
used

Bug description:
The option to "Use content from another text box" in the Text box
blocktype uses pagination if more than 5 text boxes exist. However, if
you use the pagination controls the radio buttons for selecting a text
box appear to stop working, meaning that it's impossible to pick a
text box which isn't in the first 5 results.
Firefox gives the following JavaScript errors:
ReferenceError: update_width is not defined views.js:1562
"ERROR: sendjsonrequest() callback failed: TypeError:
getFirstElementByTagAndClassName(...) is null [object Object]" Packed.js:1757
