Hi Aaron We discovered that we had different settings on our two sites. On the site where the problem was occurring, under General settings we had HTML editor set to "Enabled", while on our new test site where I was unable to reproduce the problem, this was set to "User-defined". Changing the setting seems to resolve the issue (which we have now done).
