Failed log in text floats right when you fail.

Bug description:
Hi all,
When you log in and the attempt fails the text floats out of place,
it shifts to the right, when you apply the patch and then log in and
fails the text shifts down. I've added in screen shot of how the text
behave pre patch and once the patch is applied.
