Bug description:
Mahara 15.10+
In previous versions of Mahara, e.g. 15.04, users received a
notification when they added a page to a collection that had already
permissions associated with it as the collection took on these
permissions. See screenshot

This warning is not available anymore in 15.10+ and needs to be added
to show users this information so they know that their collection is
now already available to certain users.
