Not sure if this is a bug or a feature but a couple of my testers found
it the select icon confusing when moving folders.
I am currently testing an upgrade to Mahara version 16.04.1 (2016033111)
from 19.1 before rolling out to our production server. We have noticed
there are no longer a move icon showing when clicking and dragging files
into folders.
I have tested with with our own theme based on the modern theme; the
modern theme and the default theme which I changed for both the
institute and the main site settings.
The move icon didn't show on Chrome, IE11, Safari and Firefox on my
Windows 8 machine and Safari and Chrome on my Mac (El Capitan)
Servers are both IIS8.5
MySQL database
