I am currently testing an upgrade to Mahara version 16.04.1 (2016033111) from 19.1 before rolling out to our production server. We have noticed there are no longer a move cursor showing when clicking and dragging files into folders. I have tested with with our own theme based on the modern theme; the modern theme and the default theme which I changed for both the institute and the main site settings.
