Hello Steve, What authentication method do you use? You only need the token when using MNet (or LTI). Mahara internal accounts, SAML and LDAP don't require the token but you can log in directly with your credentials.

Current process: On a computer (note: you can't access the "app" sub-tab on a mobile!) - Sign into Mahara - Go to "Settings" - Go to "App" - Click "Generate" to create a token Copy the URL and token and send it to your mobile somehow (e.g. email) On your mobile - Open the app - Copy / Paste the URL - Copy / Paste the token Suggested process: On a computer - Sign into Mahara - Click "Connect to App" - This would take the user to a new page that would - Generate the token automatically - Generate and display a QR code with both the server URL and token encoded On your mobile - Open the app - Click "Scan QR Code" - User can scan their screen with their mobile which would transfer the URL and token.
