This bug was discovered when regression testing the fix for https://bugs.launchpad.net/mahara/+bug/1833390/ Anchor hides behind header Preconditions: 1. PersonA has at least one page (new or existing) that has a text block with several paragraphs of text in it (when displayed, the viewer needs to scroll down the page to view all of the text). Test steps: 1. PersonA is logged in and selects to edit their page's text block --> place an anchor at the very bottom of the text then scroll back up the text to near (but not at) the top and create a link to the anchor. Save the changes. 2.
