Hi Andreas,
demo.mahara.org is on Mahara 22.10 and does not allow to select page
themes. I tested on my local 22.04 and can select a page theme and have
that displayed. My site is running on Ubuntu 20.40 and Postgres.

Bug description:
In mahara 22.04 the setting "Authors can choose page themes" is activated but
in the page settings the drop down for selecting a theme is missing.
On https://demo.mahara.org theme setting is also missing but I do not know if
"Authors can choose page themes" is activated.
