Andrew, I'm not sure exactly what the problem is here, could you explain in more detail? I did notice that there was no confirmation message after leaving feedback (regardless of whether a file was uploaded or not) and I think I've fixed that now with 5c9dc65.

When submitting feedback to a blog post, I have the option to attach a file, however selecting a file seems to upload the file on form post so no feedback is given. Possibly related (since if you have no files, you can't include them), the Image insert dialogue (TinyMCE) differs from the main blog post one in that you can't include an image from an attachment.
