I think most schools add users in from the admin side as they set up accounts. This would enable a school to select an entire collection that will be added automatically into a user's account when the user is added to an institution. Currently we are adding the 4 necessary views to new users of an institution, but the student then has to combine the views themselves into a collection. I'm now having to instruct students to copy the 5 views necessary from a "sample student" profile and then instruct them on how to create their own collection to make their portfolio in accordance with university requirements.
