 They should just put it.mo (i.e. compiled it.po) file somewhere where
Mahogany can find it - either in the same directory it is in, or in locale
subdir of it or in locale/it.

 However the existing Win32 versions were built without i18n support at all
as there were no useful translations anyhow, so I'll have to rebuild one
with it for this to work.

 Yes, of course, just not the 0.64 release as it was built without support
for this. But in principle it does work.
