Well, sorting by the other criteria seems to work well, and since it does
not matter whether server side sorting/threading is turned, I would guess
it is.

I´ve found that threading has nothing to do with the actual problem (or at
least it does´nt seem to), it just increases it.
So, sorting by date seems to be the only one that causes the problem.
If threading is turned off and sorting by date is on the all three messages
are shown after the newest messages(by date).
If threading(no matter which options are set) are on, then message 2(with
all the replies in the thread) and message 1 are shown after the newest
message. Message 3, it seems, dissapears into another thread(which should
be correct)
If sorting is turned off(arrival order is in effect) the the problem is not
visible.
I hope that clears things up a bit.
These are the messages causing problems, they end up being shown after
mail from 30th of June. This only happens when date sorting is turned on,
whether descending or ascending.
