Hi again,

Suppose I have a message with encoded headers (either the subject, or
the name of the recipients, etc.). If I edit this message (e.g. because
it is a saved draft), then the headers are not decoded and show up like
this one:

  Subject: =?ISO-8859-1?Q?=E9?=

and this very same header, when saved as draft for the second time,
becomes

  Subject: =?ISO-8859-1?Q?=3D=3FISO-8859-1=3FQ=3F=3DE9=3F=3D?=

It seems to decode correctly, as it is shown correctly in my draft
folder, but obviously double encoding is not necessary...
