Which forms are we using? TeX? Doxygen? Plaintext?

None of above formats can be merged. Other formats are generated, AFAIK.

Notepad is the worst text editor I have ever used. I am using SciTE [*]
now. We care about structure and there is no decent richtext editor that
would emphasize structure elements.
