 Err, if you have Visual Studio why not simply build the debug version
using it? Did you have any problems in doing this?

 I'd be really glad if it were that simple :-/ Unfortunately I'm afraid it
might be a bit more difficult. But, of course, being able to reproduce the
problem reliably would be enormously helpful and I would greatly appreciate
your help with this bug.
