I think so. Let me try again.

Headers are displayed in a two column layout: left column for the
name of the header, right column for the content. For a multi-line
header, the content of the header uses more than one line, of course
(and this should not be changed, for the reasons you gave). So let's
consider a header for which the content is three lines high.

Then the name of the header, in the left column, is displayed facing
the second line of the content of the header: it is centered
vertically. I would prefer that it's on the top, facing the first
line of the content.

Hope this is clearer... As you should now realize, this is really a
tiny detail... :)
